Iran announced that we have invented a devices that can detect COVID-19 remotely within five seconds.
Maj. Gen. Hossein Salami, commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), has said, "no other tests will be required to verify coronavirus.
"This device can detect the virus and contaminated areas within 100 meters in five seconds. It dose not neeed physical contact with patients and it does not require a blood test. It is not harmful for people", Salami told state-run TV broadcasters .
The IRGC’s chief further added, the accuracy of this device is over 80 percent, and we are further developing on it so it might detect all types of viruses in future.
Iranian medical researchers have already developed a tool that can recognize the COVID-19 in two hours.
Iran is the one of the country which is badly effected with coronavirus but now noticeable decline in new cases is observed.
