Journalist was shot dead by unidentified armed men outside the Lahore Press Club

LAHORE: A local journalist was shot dead in broad daylight by unidentified armed men outside the Lahore Press Club (LPC).

According to reports, Hasnain Shah was sitting in his car outside the Lahore Press Club when the suspects, riding a motorcycle, intercepted and shot at him, killing him on the spot. Police reached at the crime scene to gather evidence while Shah's body was shifted to a hospital for the medico-legal procedure.

Hasnain was a crime reporter in a Capital TV, a private TV channel and also a member of the Lahore Press Club.
The motive behind the killing of Husnain Shah is still unknown.
