According to information, a powerful mill owner and at least five other suspects are accused of kidnapping, torturing, and sexually assaulting a medical student in Faisalabad.
The complainant, BDS final-year student Khadija Mehmood, filed a case in which she claimed that Danish Ali's daughter Ana Ali had been a friend and classmate of hers since childhood and that she frequently visited Ana's home.
The complainant claimed that Danish Ali, a man who is twice her age, began showing interest in her during these trips and even issued a formal marriage proposal, which she declined.
After the victim rejecting the marriage proposal, the accused and his daughter started to put pressure on her to reconsider.

The incident's viral video on social media prompted authorities to detain Sheikh Danish, his daughter Ana Ali, and other suspects. The probe is being expanded upon.
In the widely shared video, Sheikh Danish Ali and his daughter are shown savagely beating victim Khadija Mehmood and forcing her to lick their shoes & slippers. They recorded the incident video as well.
A case was lodged against Danish, who owns a famous textile mill in Punjab, and his daughter Ana Ali, who the alleged victim's university classmate under Sections 376, 382, 354, 342, 148, 149, 337-A, 337-F, 337-L and 337-V.
